Australians stranded in Argentina and India by the coronavirus outbreak plea for Government help to get home

Australians stuck in Argentina are pleading for a Government lifeline amid the extraordinary mass stranding of travellers around the world because of the coronavirus pandemic.

A Facebook group of Australian citizens says there are 12 children and a pregnant woman among about 100 Australians unable to leave Argentina after President Alberto Fernandez declared an "absolutely inflexible" nationwide lockdown.
